Roof Repairs To This Beautiful Home In Erwin, TN

We received a call from a homeowner in Erwin, TN with two active roof leaks. Upon our inspection, the home had two flat areas of roofing, one area above the kitchen and one area above the master bedroom. The flat roofing had active leaks due to improper materials used as well as back tracking slopes. In order for a proper and permanent repair, we rebuilt both roof lines to create a 2/12 roof pitch to ensure water run off into the gutters. We installed drip edge with a self adhering doubly ply base sheet running 6" up the side wall of each roof line. We then installed a granulated self adhering base cap running 6" up sidewall. We added kick out flashings at the bottom of each roof slope to not allow water between the gutter end cap and siding. The proper roof repairs were completed to protect this beautiful home.
