Roof Repairs Performed At This Beautiful Home In Kingsport, TN

We received a call from a homeowner in Kingsport, TN that had an active leak in an upstairs bedroom. The homeowners knew the roof was closing in at 20 years old and were hoping to get a few more years of life out of it. Upon our inspection, we noticed the customers pipe boot flashings were cracked due to the rubber base flashing around pipe drying out (dry rotting.) This is common around roofs that are older than 10 years. Our roof repairs consisted of installing perma boots over the existing pipe flashings and performing a roof maintenance package. Now the roof is leak and worry free!
