Perform A Roof Inspection and Proposed Solutions in Kingsport, TN.

Recently, a roof inspection was conducted at a property in Kingsport, TN, following a report of an active leak. The customer reached out to Residence Roofing & Restoration for a thorough evaluation of the situation.

The inspection was prompted by an active leak in the roof. A HAAG Certified Inspector from Residence Roofing carried out the evaluation. It was determined that the flat roof was improperly designed, leading to water pooling on the TPO roof surface.

To address the issues identified during the inspection, the following steps have been proposed. To implement a roof slope of 1/12 pitch to facilitate proper drainage. Before the slope can be constructed, necessary modifications to the walls must be completed to accommodate the new roof design.
